The MYSP is excited to offer two week-long orchestra intensives for wind and string students
Intermediate Youth Orchestra: June 24-29, 2024

Grades 7 and up
Advanced Youth Orchestra: July 8-13, 2024
conducted by Dr. Gretchen Bowles & Kyle Dickson
Students must audition to be accepted
Location: Christian Brothers High School
Cost: $300 or $350 with lunch provided
In addition to MYSP camps, Christian Brothers High School is offering a Beginner Band Camp, which runs from June 24th-28th and July 8-12th, 9-11am each day.

Audition Requirements
Currently accepting auditions for all instruments.
Wind and string students grades 7-12 who wish to attend the MYSP Advanced Camp, July 8-13, must submit an audition video. Auditions are first come, first served and we will update the website as instrument vacancies are full. Audition repertoire may be found below.

Intermediate Youth Orchestra Summer Camp

Students are not required to audition, however to participate in this camp students must have at least one full year of playing experience (more than one year is ideal)
Age limits: Rising 7th grader or older

Want to learn how to play an instrument?
Register for Beginner Band Camp at CBHS!
This two-week band camp is designed for students (male and female) who have no previous experience on a band instrument or are interested in learning a new instrument. The camp is directed by Patrick Bolton, the band director at Christian Brothers. The camp concludes with a concert on Friday, July 12 at 12:00 in the Christian Brothers Auditorium. Rehearsals are Casual Dress.
The two-week beginner band camp runs from June 24th - 28th and July 8 - 12th and runs 9:00am - 11:00am every day in the band room at CBHS.
The cost of the camp is $200 (need-based scholarships are available).
